Right to Cancel Order
You have the right to cancel your order free of charge before the item is shipped out. Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure instead.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to info@royalcrownjewelry.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing, Method & Timeline
Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method only.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline:
- We will submit the refund request within 1–2 business days after your return is approved.
- Funds will be credited back to your account within 7–14 business days, which depends on the processing speed of your payment provider or card issuer.
